Refund, cancellation and privacy Policies

Happy 4 Paws LLC refund policy is based on the number of sessions purchased as follows:

Single Sessions - Single sessions are non-refundable.
Four session package - Refund of 60% of package price after one session or 30% of package price after two sessions.
Five, Six, Eight or Ten session package - Refund of 70% of package price after one session, 40% of package price after two sessions or 20% of package price after 3 sessions. No refunds given after fourth session of any of package.
No refunds given on any financed packages

The customer is allowed to cancel or postpone a session less than 24 hours prior to the agreed appointment one time without penalty. If the customer cancels or postpones an agreed appointment less than 24 hours before agreed time more than once, then the customer will be invoiced 100% of the normal hourly fee.

Happy 4 Paws LLC will maintain customer confidentiality regarding training sessions. Happy 4 Paws LLC may request consent from the customer to post pictures or movies of training sessions on this website or various social media (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and will only do so with full agreement from the customer.
